We are committed to 100% cage-free eggs, a journey made possible through our partnership with the Faculty of Animal Science at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and the Banyan Global Foundation. More than just sourcing, this project empowers three local women’s farming groups—KWT Tangguh, KWT Rejo Arum, and KWT Jaya Mandiri Abadi. 

 

By investing in their craft, we ensure that every meal served at our restaurant supports the livelihoods and resilience of the women in our neighborhood.

Our Living Pantry


Our commitment to the land begins at the roots. Through our dedicated on-site nursery, we cultivate organic herbs, and local produce that define the flavors of Garrya Bianti Yogyakarta. This is our "Living Pantry." By harvesting directly from our own soil, we reduce our environmental footprint while ensuring the highest quality for our guests. You will find these homegrown ingredients infused into the mindful dishes at Refresh and the artisanal wellbeing beverages at Kopi Zop.
