  • Complimentary round-trip transfer service between Kyoto station and the hotel (Advance reservation is required at least 4 days before arrival date)

Additional Policy
An additional Kyoto City Tax will be applied per person per night. Room rate below 20,000JPY: 200JPY; 20,000 to 49,999JPY: 500JPY; 50,000JPY and above: 1,000JPY. To be paid by guests directly at hotel.
NOTE: From 1st March 2026, an additional Kyoto City Tax will be applied per person per night. Room rate below: 20,000 JPY: 400 JPY; 20,000 JPY to 49,999 JPY: 1,000 JPY; 50,000 JPY to 99,999 JPY: 4,000 JPY and from 100,000 JPY and above: 10,000 JPY. To be paid by guests directly at the hotel.
Child Policy

  • Infants and toddlers, who are 4 years old or younger, accompanied by adult, dine and stay in existing bedding with our compliments
  • Children under 12 years old, accompany by adult, can stay on exiting bedding with our compliments
  • Child menu is available with charges
  • Children 12 years old or older are considered adults - During dinner time at Singular Restaurant, Children are only accepted with a minimum age of 6. For Families with children below 6, we will provide in-room dining instead

Cancel Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival or one night’s accommodation charges thereafter. Beyond that time, the amount due is not refundable, even if the booking is cancelled, modified or No-Show.
