Additional Policy
An additional Kyoto City Tax will be applied per person per night. Room rate below 20,000JPY: 200JPY; 20,000 to 49,999JPY: 500JPY; 50,000JPY and above: 1,000JPY. To be paid by guests directly at hotel.
NOTE: From 1st March 2026, an additional Kyoto City Tax will be applied per person per night. Room rate below: 20,000 JPY: 400 JPY; 20,000 JPY to 49,999 JPY: 1,000 JPY; 50,000 JPY to 99,999 JPY: 4,000 JPY and from 100,000 JPY and above: 10,000 JPY. To be paid by guests directly at the hotel.
Child Policy

  • Infants and toddlers, who are 4 years old or younger, accompanied by adult, dine and stay in existing bedding with our compliments
  • Children under 12 years old, accompany by adult, can stay on exiting bedding with our compliments
  • Child menu is available with charges
  • Children 12 years old or older are considered adults - During dinner time at Singular Restaurant, Children are only accepted with a minimum age of 6. For Families with children below 6, we will provide in-room dining instead

Cancellation Policy 
Cancellation policies vary by season. Please refer to the season definitions below to determine the policy applicable to your stay.

- Regular & High Season: Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival.
- Peak Season: Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Fee (All Seasons): 
Cancellations made after the periods stated above, or in the case of a No-Show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation charge.

- Peak Season: Mar 20 – Apr 7, Nov 15 – Dec 7, Dec 29 – Jan 3
- High Season: Mar 1 – Mar 19, Apr 8 – Apr 30, Oct 1 – Nov 15
