Through initiatives including the Seedlings Programme and Banyan Academy, we hope to nurture a new generation of local talent who can grow within hospitality while contributing to the communities they call home. Seedlings Programme helps promising local youth overcome barriers to higher education, while the earlier report shows local associates being developed as future Hmong leaders.
