From performance and recovery to integrative nutrition and therapeutic bodywork, each practitioner offers personalised experiences designed to support deeper rest, resilience and renewed vitality.

Petra Kinga Nagy
Integrative Nutrition & Health Specialist
at Garrya Mù Cang Chải until 30 November 2027
Petra Kinga Nagy is an integrative nutrition and health specialist whose approach brings together modern nutrition science and traditional Eastern therapies. Holding an MSc in Nutrition Science and a background in midwifery, she has more than a decade of experience across nutrition, metabolic health, hormonal balance, stress management and healthy ageing. Her training in Traditional Chinese Medicine includes acupuncture, meridian therapy, dietary therapy and herbal medicine, allowing her to create personalised programmes that support whole-person wellbeing from both a scientific and holistic perspective. At Garrya Mù Cang Chải, Petra also consults with the culinary team to help shape nutritionally balanced wellbeing menus, ensuring the dining experience supports the resort's wider science-led wellbeing philosophy.

Balázs Sebestyén
Elite Performance & Recovery Expert

Balázs Sebestyén is a performance and recovery specialist with more than 15 years of coaching experience, working with everyone from developing athletes to Olympians and international championship medalists. With an MSc in Human Kinesiology, his expertise spans strength and conditioning, injury prevention, functional movement, breathwork, recovery and longevity. At Garrya Mù Cang Chải, Balázs brings a science-informed approach to helping guests improve physical performance, build resilience and recover more effectively through personalised coaching and wellbeing programmes.

João Santos
Dry Massage Practitioner
at Garrya Mù Cang Chải from 15 October 2026
João Pedro Silva dos Santos is an internationally experienced wellness consultant and bodywork practitioner known for his highly personalised approach to dry massage. Combining an intuitive understanding of the body with extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, his signature work focuses on neuro-myofascial release using stretching, compression and sustained pressure to ease muscular restriction, support mobility and encourage deep relaxation. Over his career, João has worked as a visiting practitioner with some of the world's leading wellness and luxury hospitality brands, including Aman, Four Seasons, Six Senses, Soneva, One&Only, SHA Wellness Clinic and Waldorf Astoria.
